IS SHIPPING FREE?

Shipping is free in the US only, on most items. On some items, we may have a weight based shipping fee. There are weight based shipping rates on items shipped outside the US.

WHY IS MY ORDER BEING SHIPPED IN DIFFERENT PACKAGES?

If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from the a different warehouse, depending on which one has them available the fastest. Alternatively, if an item is popular and on a bit of a back order, we might ship your items at different times, in different packages, to prevent holding up your order and to get it to you as fast as possible! 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders are shipped out directly from any of our many domestic & international warehouses and they will do everything they can to get you your order as fast as they can! we can never keep you to wait for so long to get your order

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN THE MAIL?

All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck at customs, sent back or even lost during the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package with quicker shipping and full tracking, if possible. Please see our refund and return policy for when these might be applicable to shipping situations.

WILL I BE CHARGED FOR CUSTOMS AND TAXES?

All items are shipped from the different warehouses, customs depends on country to country.

Note:

Please note we are not responsible for packages once they have been delivered to your mailbox or left at your address. Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location. Please contact your local Post Office for any issues with your package once marked "delivered".

You are responsible for entering the correct delivery address for your package. Any returned packages will be subject to returned shipping fees that we incur from the Post Office.

FREE US Shipping: All unique U.S. items ship for FREE. (Due to COVID-19) Shipping times typically take anywhere from 5 to 15 days and packages are not insured. Make sure you are shipping to a secure location.

Please note that if you do not enter the correct billing address that is on file with your bank, we will not ship your order until further verification is obtained. This is to prevent credit card fraud and protect us and our customers. 

Processing time: Most orders are quickly processed and sent from the closest warehouse within 1 business day, however on occasion, it may take up to 3 Business Days. You will receive an email with a tracking number within 1 or 3 days once your item has shipped.
